This job had presented many unique challenges and pressures. One of the most significant was proving our Promise to a new customer.
Our team made a Plan and acted upon it resiliently, communicating with the owner and General Contractor to ensure, as a team, both parties were able to delivery their commitments.
Scope of Work
Completion of the sitework package for the construction of two 250,00SF warehouses in Landisville, PA. Combined these projects required us to move approximately 205,000 cubic yards of dirt, as well as installation of 9,700 linear feet of storm, 5,00 feet water line, and 30,000 square yards of asphalt paving.
The opportunity to work as the site contractor on building 701 gave us the chance to show a new customer what it means to “COUNT ON US.” Thus, before completing the first site package we were afforded the sitework package for the second warehouse.
